Lou is a qualified engineer with an extraordinary passion for the Tasmanian wilderness. This passion, on top of his entrepreneurial skills, has led him to start his own business called Wild Pedder.

Andy is a business analyst at Hydro Tasmania, focused on strategy and sustainability of one of Tasmania’s cornerstone organisations.  Andy has over 10 years’ experience working in the water and energy sector, ranging from environmental science, risk management, consulting, and business strategy.

Andy has an Honours Degree in Geology, and Graduate Diploma in Education and was awarded Tasmanian Young Water Professional in 2012.

Finn has more than 11 years’ experience in the financial sector and is currently a Private Client Advisor for Shadforth Financial Group.  Finn holds degree qualifications in Commerce, Information Systems and Economics and is also a certified Financial Planner.  Finn is an advisor to several private companies, and is also part owner of an IT business specialising in websites and social media.

Benn is an architect with the award winning Preston Lane Architects. Benn has over 11 years’ experience, and degree qualifications in Environmental Design and Architecture. Benn has been involved in some of Tasmania’s most awarded and exciting projects.
